I had a great time at the AIA Open Architecture event this weekend.  It was great to talk with Austin architects about their new projects and to see where they work.  Given my recent reclaimed bowling lane table project, I was a big fan of this entry walkway at the Hurt Partners office:

This is made of pieces of the old gym floor from Concordia University.  How cool!
