I am not aware of any in Austin today.  I googled around a bit and found this article about Barley Pfieffer's Zero Energy Home for a Dallas parade of homes (PDF link): &lt;a href="http://zeroenergyhomedallas.com/PDF/press_0424.pdf" rel="nofollow"&gt;"Zero Energy Home" to debut at 13th Annual Dallas Parade of Homes&lt;/a&gt;.  If they can build one in Dallas...</description>

		<description>I liked U of Missouri, and UT's...How cool would that be to drop one of these in a neighborhood and move in the next day.  Makes me wonder what homebuilding will look like in 100 years.  I wonder if Austin has any zero energy houses?</description>
