Described as ‘Luxurious Eco-Conscious Living’, it has excellent green/high-efficiency credentials:
- Architect: Austin Cool House Tour staple & green building pioneers Barley & Pfeiffer Architects
- Green materials: Low VOC paints, FSC certified wood, metal roof, spray foam insulation, etc.
- Energy/resource efficient design: radiant barrier roof decking, tankless water heaters, fluorescent lighting, zoned HVAC, intelligent building orientation
- Location: Central Austin, near 32nd & Lamar - most day-to-day needs are walkable, and several public transportation routes pass nearby (see map below)

Prices range from the low $500’s to the mid $900’s. All units have two dedicated parking spaces in the parking structure underneath the building. The tentative move-in date is Summer of 2008.
