The amazing home at 5431 Tortuga has now sold. Here is one last look for those who may have missed it:

This home was designed by Dick Clark Architecture, set into the land with views of the surrounding hills. The open design and expansive glass make every room bright with natural light. With designer finishes and fixtures, a negative edge pool and 1726 sqft of outdoor living areas this home has it all.

If you haven’t seen this home all is not lost. A design like this has a good chance at showing up on the Austin AIA Homes Tour in the Fall. I’ll keep you posted…

    Super-cool house…Thanks for sharing. I love the use of concrete block on the interior. Unexpected. I also like how the photographer shows people interacting in these photo’s. So many real estate photos are static & still life.
